I paid for the strip view but lived in Vegas for 5 years and since it’s off strip, it’s not really a “strip view” but more of a distant nightlight. The pool doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 6 wished it opened earlier and stayed open a bit later. So we only received 2 sets for 4 registered guests so I was a little put off by paying $350-408 per night in addition to a resort fee to not have the most basic of amenities. Including lights and the bathroom tv which didn’t work on the 10th floor. The second and third nights we switched rooms due to loud neighboring guests and thankfully so because from the 10th floor to the 12th floor, everything worked. These were the highlights of our first night. Absolutely loved Anthony’s Prime Steak and Seafood and a relaxation massage at Spa Mio. The property itself is gorgeous and feels luxurious. This room was not cheap for two nights but fell SO SHORT that I will never stay or recommend to anyone. The bathroom doors are glass so you’d have to see to understand. We were going to sleep in but housekeeping started shouting to each other in the hallway at 8am on our second day, a Saturday morning! While cleaning next door, they were slamming the doors so loud it sounded like a wrestling match. Our new room has a broken tub plug so can’t take a bath. We ended up moving to another room at midnight, which was not fun to pack everything back up. I asked for a manager and she said he was on lunch. The young girl could not send anyone up to check because they were too busy. The temperature outside was 50 but inside our room on the 11th floor, it was 75. The inside of the hotel was beautiful and we were impressed when we set our bags in our room but it went downhill from there. We are regulars at every buffet in every city. We were told the weekend seafood buffet was the best. The hotel is not on the strip but we knew that before booking.
